Charges in case of damage or loss
Description Charge
Bike breakdown Depending on the damage with a maximum of 500 €
Delayed bike return after 24 hours 500 €
Permanent loss or return of bike after 7 days 1500 €
  • The charge/penalty for late bike return is triggered when the 24 hour period is completed
  • The damage charge/penalty becomes due upon the occurrence of the incident
  • Especially in the case of Bike damage, the cost attributed to the User, with the above procedure, results from the respective documents for the repair of the damage and the evidence that the damage occurred while the Bike was rented by the User.
