• What is a wallet?

  The wallet is your e-wallet. You can fill your wallet from your profile.
  If your wallet has less than 2 €, you will not be able to take a bike and you will have to fill it up.

• Which credit cards do you accept?

  Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

• What if I couldn't find an available bicycle on a Station?

  Chances are that a bicycle will soon be there. If, however, this takes longer, you can contact our Customer Service and be informed on the sooner availability expected.

• How can I check the availability of bikes and docks?

  See real time data on our homepage and at the infokiosk of every Station.

• What should I do if a bicycle is defective?

  Please return it to the Station and inform us using the kiosk (enter the System with your credentials and select “Report a Problem”).

• How long do I have to wait before I can take another bike?

  Approximately 5 minutes

• Can I rent a bike for several days?

  No, the Bike service is designed for serving short trips. see Usage Fees.

• Can I lend my subscription to another person?

  The Terms of use of the System provides that lending out of a subscription or a bicycle is forbidden. In any case you remain fully liable for any rental by your personal credentials.

• Is it possible to rent several bikes with only one subscription?

  No. If you want to use the System, everyone must purchase a subscription.

• Can I create multiple user accounts with the same bank card?

  Yes, provided you use a different email and mobile number for each new account.
